Terms
What Pull Up Toronto is, where the listings come from, and what we ask of you. In plain words.
What this site is
Pull Up Toronto lists upcoming live shows at Toronto venues, day by day, with a link to where each one's tickets are sold. With a free account you can mark the shows you're into, follow artists and venues, add friends, and get alerts. There are no ads and nothing to pay.
By using the site, and by signing in, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
We're independent
Pull Up Toronto is an independent guide. We aren't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Ticketmaster or any other ticket seller, any venue, any promoter or any artist. Their names, logos and show details belong to them and appear here only to tell you what's on and where to buy.
Listings can change
Dates, times, prices, lineups and presale windows come from the official sellers and the venues, and are checked several times a day. They can change after we check, and now and then a listing is wrong or a show is missing. Before you make plans or buy, confirm the details on the seller's page; the seller's page is the one that counts.
Tickets are bought from the seller
We don't sell, resell or hold tickets, and we never take payment. Every Tickets link takes you to the official seller, and the purchase, the price, the refund policy and any problem with an order are between you and them, under their terms.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 13 to make an account. Some shows are 19+ or have their own age rules; those are the venue's, and the venue checks them at the door.
Accounts and conduct
You sign in with Google or a one-time code sent to your email address or phone, so anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you: keep it yours. One account per person, under a name and handle you choose; don't pick one that impersonates someone or is offensive.
Use the site the way it's meant to be used. Don't scrape it or flood it, don't send friend requests or shows to people who don't want them, and don't pretend to be someone you're not. We can suspend or remove an account that does, and you can delete yours at any time from Settings.
No warranty
The site is offered as it is. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we can't promise it always will be, and we aren't responsible for a show you missed, a presale that came and went, or a ticket bought on a listing that turned out to be wrong. Where the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid to use the site, which is nothing.
Photos, names and takedowns
Show photos come from the sellers' listings; photos on our Instagram posts are freely licensed (Wikimedia Commons) and credited to their authors. If you're an artist, venue, photographer or rights holder and want a listing, a photo or a mention corrected or removed, message us and we'll act on it promptly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
Contact

Changes
These terms may change as the site does. When they do, the date on this page changes with them. Using the site after a change means you're fine with the new terms. Last updated October 6, 2026.
